Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Enter your AWB or tracking ID below, pick your courier if you know it, and we'll take you straight to live status.
Delivery timelines
- Order placed → packed within 1–2 business days
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Don't have a tracking ID?
Your AWB is in the "Your order has shipped" email. You can also open the order status link from your Shopify order confirmation email, or email support@peakrux.com with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours on business days.
