Payment Policy
Every PeakRux payment is processed on an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout through Razorpay.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app)
- Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net banking
- Cash on Delivery (available across most serviceable pin codes)
2. Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Payment Security
Payments are handled by Razorpay over a 256-bit encrypted connection. PeakRux never stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.
4. Failed or Pending Payments
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the payment is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. Email support@peakrux.com with your transaction reference and we will follow up with the gateway.
5. Discount Coupons
Coupon codes can be applied at checkout. Only one coupon may be used per order unless stated otherwise, and coupons cannot be applied retrospectively to placed orders.
6. Cash on Delivery
COD is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Repeated COD refusals may restrict COD availability on future orders.
