Returns
We want you to be happy with your PeakRux purchase. If you need to return an eligible product, please contact us at support@peakrux.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable. We may request photographs or other information to assess the return.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety or other product-specific reasons. Sale items, personalised items and products damaged after delivery may also be excluded unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, size or variation, contact us and we will let you know whether an exchange is available. In some cases, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
Return shipping
Unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. If the return is approved because of an error or product issue on our part, we will provide return instructions.
How to start a return
To request a return, email support@peakrux.com with your order number, the product you want to return and the reason. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as we may not be able to match an unapproved return to your order.
